I just visited to the petrol pump for refuelling. The refueling service is good but something choked me. A guy-the free air service guy, well acquainted with the refuelling guy, with a blade probably hidden in his nails, scratched my bike's front. It is of white colour and he made it look bad enough. Never going back to the petrol pump.
Place was too crowded. There are plenty of staff but busy for nothing. No proper arrangement for vehicle entry and exit, no proper management of turn taking fuel refill. Free air is for name sake nothing is served free here. Also there is very limited space for any other activity such as air refill and pollution check. Air refill machine does not work and is wrapped properly under plastic sheet.
One of the worst petrol pump in terms of staff behaviour.. They don't even know to talk with customers.. They were showing that they are not workers actuall they are the boss of petrol pump..Staff are so rude, then don't known how to talk with customer. While you thinking of payment by paytm ou phone pay then shulod take 10 to 15 minutes extra,
Since it is just near the main street of patna, khagaul road due to this it is too crowdy pump..
I will not recommended to take petrol from there

Got XP95 filled in my car and the car started to jerk on acceleration, took my car to the service centre and they found the oil to be of poor quality and advised to take out the complete fuel tank, clean it and then fill fresh oil and it worked just fine after that, and since then never seen the face of this petrol station. What a waste of time and money! Can share further proof if necessary.
Best in fuel quality and measures... Only lacking a star because of poor management of crown and less responsive staffs. Otherwise one of the best fuel pumps of Patna.
