My recent visit to Hotel Indian Zing in Thane on 19th November, 2023, was unfortunately riddled with multiple issues that greatly impacted my overall satisfaction. The foremost concern was the quality of the food, which resulted in a severe case of food poisoning. This not only raises questions about hygiene and safety standards but significantly marred the entire experience. The service was another letdown, with a noticeable absence of waitstaff to attend to guests. Even after purchasing forward seating, I was provided with a chair of poor quality instead of the expected sofa, adding to the discomfort. We paid Rs.2000+taxes for the buffet and for front seating. Seating arrangements were uncomfortable, and the match screening was far from enjoyable due to constant disturbance and static, causing annoyance to everyone present. Despite multiple attempts, the buffet experience was frustrating as there was no food available even after visiting the counter five times. This reflects poorly on the hotel's ability to manage its dining services. The overall hygiene of the place was subpar, and the lack of proper management was evident. Personally approaching waiters to place orders before the buffet began was an inconvenience. Adding to the dissatisfaction, the menu was limited, and the food prices did not align with the quality provided. Furthermore, the actual ambience fell far short of the vibrant atmosphere portrayed in the showcased photos, contributing to a dull and unenjoyable experience. Regrettably, based on these numerous issues, I cannot recommend Hotel Indian Zing in Thane. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the management, prompting them to address these concerns and make necessary improvements for the benefit of future guests.

We went for world up and there screen was bad and lagging because of that I missed so many overs! There fan wasn't adequate as per the tables. Card machine was not working. My overall experience is worst ever and will never visit again.

Worst experience ever!!! 1. We paid 1200pp for buffet, which was uncooked, insufficient and not worth it. Also we have to wait for like 20-25 minutes for items to be refilled and post which we didn't get the items which were there. 2. We were here for screening, which was also not working properly as there it kept buffering and the connection to projector was disconnected several times. 3. The card machine was not working. 4. There were not sufficient fans. 5. There was 1+1 offer on drinks but they doubled the price. The point here is false advertising. Overall recommendation is we won't visit here again.

Even there was 1+1 offer but they doubled the price, there was also 25% offer on food but the situation was same, they increased the price and offered 25%. Why offer discount when they aren't actually discounting anything. Also they had no good screen, it kept on hanging because of that I missed so many overs! There fan wasn't adequate as per the tables. Card machine was not working. Won't ever visit again

The place is located in Majiwada, Thane. It was really to locate this place. Place has amazing and pleasant ambience. Especially having rooftop dining which creates a party atmosphere, great place for dining with friends and colleagues as well as romantic dates. The food is really good and satisfying especially Indian and Chinese. The hospitality and service was also quick and responsive. Definitely should visit for a fine evening dine.

Recently visited Indian Zing located in Majiwada Thane. The food, staff, ambiance was perfect. We ordered Chilli Chicken Cheesy Chicken Tikka Three Chicken Pizza Sizzling Brownie We had a lovely experience, shall definitely visit this place again. PS- Detailed review soon
