Please have someone answer the calls decently and not hang up on the face. Not sure how many times to complaint about. Very rude on the phone. People are coming means they have problem so ask staff to be polite on the phone. Such a big name and see the bathrooms conditions, please have someone maintain the hygiene.

They have improved and upgraded now, Mostly all Dr are available during there timelines contact and ask for details which Dr and when to come, you have to register when coming the follow with the details and vica versa

So i just want to take a moment and appreciate Hospital management, Doctors, and Staff for doing such a great community service and helping people Thank you!

Indian Red cross getting better day by day and has good doctors with new machine

It's a chapter of Indian red cross society. Here are some medical facilities in cheaper rates.

Doctors are good. But the management dealing with doctors are fake , unprofessional and unethical. Before making any commitment with them, kindly get it on email, written as they change what they say and it affects people working for them. The management should be under serious escalation from higher hospital officers. Why are you playing with innocent workers life. They work for you to earn respect and money. And you are doing what ? We need a answer to this awful, poor management. Kindly report it to ur higher management, yes I have not contact you. But people I know have , and you people have lost respect from all for it. Do whatever you wish to. I, myself is in legal team from government. I will see to it. Thankyou.

The management has no sense of morality. They cannot b trusted with wat they claim verbally, everything had to b taken in written from these ppl. They lack Courtesy and professionalism towards health care professionals. They r ruining the name of red cross society globally.

I had Met with an Accident my elbow joint was broken, I came to Indian Red Cross for Physiotherapy Thanks to Dr. Sonam Bhambhani for treating me so well I never thought that I am going get my hand movements back like before But her efforts helped me to get that back!
