I had gone to withdraw my cheque, the moment i entered in the bank, The Staff said " SYSTEMS ARE NOT WORKING, KINDLY WAIT" ... than i waited almost 30 mins. Later the staff denied to give me cash as they were very rude to me and asked me to visit the home branch. Then i interacted with the Senior Officer of the Branch and that Lady Officer was very rude and she was confirming everything with the branch and Registered phone no. Even after confirming the same on phone, Still she was not at all ready to give me cash. She was keep arguing me and asked me to speak to your home branch and tell them to send an E-mail to us as confirmation, Based on the Email Confirmation, I will give you cash, Now tell is that my job to speak to the home branch and asked them to send an email confirmation, When they have already confirmed on phone, That the client is genuine. You can proceed but thay lady was not listening anything. I was totally helpless and dissappointed, as I wasted my 2 Hours, Just to withdraw my Cheque. One of the worst experience that i ever had in my life. This is one of the worst Branch of IOB. One of the Worst Banking Employee that i ever met in my life

Stupid staff, They have no value of time ... They will keep asking you to wait atleast 45 minutes for your transaction ... Someone should look into this.

Very bad service. Not any single concern for senior citizens. All employees are hopeless. If u ask any problem related banking they start to shouting on customer.

Actually I want to give zero star but here is not option to give. Very bad experience. When ever I go to bank all staff behaves bad with customer .very rude employees .they even dont know how to behave with customers. Even roadside shopkeeper behaves better than IOB bank employees. I suggest to don't create any bank account here or don't keep any communication with it. Wrost bank ever.

Very bad service, I have applied for a ATM card now it's 5 months I not get my ATM card, today i visit to bank and now they told you have to apply again. Why they not tell first when I was visited for card that time they tell come after 10 days four to five time I visited to bank .very bad service

Its very very pathetic and irritating services of all banking people whenever we go that they always keep on waiting to all people and no proper management its really disgusting its our money and they treating us very rudely and disgusting They should change the management and keep knowledge able and well experience person
