# NO.1 PUMP IN THIRUVALLA. TRUE AND GENUINE YOU GET EXACT PETROL OR DIESEL WHAT YOU PAY FOR ?
Horrible experience, please avoid or be careful. Went there to fill diesel, they reset the meter but it don't go to zero instead it showed 5.92 rupees, I asked to stop the fuel but didn't stop. Their justification was it will automatically adjust in the end. when I started to shout at them, they agreed to reduce the amount from the final bill.
We paid rs 500 and asked to fill in petrol. But sadly they cheated us and I realised no petrol was filled at all. I found the incident suspicious as no increment in fuel meter is observed. But didn't argue because the guy cheated us was older than my father. And after reaching home I confirmed that petrol was not filled. Pls stay away
Sub-standard type petrol bunk, just about dispersing fuel, with no support for even a debit or credit card, and no other important facilities in an important town. 2 stars only because it's located conveniently on highway. Most other fuel stations are far away, except the BP one.
It was pouring heavily when I visited, the staff were very courteous and filled up petrol swiftly even though it was quite busy. Situated near KSRTC bus stand and opposite to Mahalakshmi silks
