Good thing about IIT Madras is that it is inside the Guindy National Park. and you see a lot of deer, Black buck, Monkeys and there is also one Albeno Black Buck here and students or people live in harmony with them

One of the most beautiful college campuses in India. At this place perfect harmony and balance exists between nature and humans. Right from the deer, black buck & monkeys to the trees everything is left to its natural state. Even the dropped leaves and branches are left as such, to decompose and recycle. You ll find a lot of deer, blackbuck and monkeys roaming all around undisturbed by human presence. They even come closer to us if we call them. Lush greenery and forested campus, the morning and evening walks here are nothing less than heavenly. Well maintained campus with all necessary amenities and services.

Very good experience, every one must try to come here ......it doesn't matter if u fail....but this University has a potential to come amongst the so called ivy leages ....India at its peak will shine this University. All the best

It was a great opportunity and an amazing experience for me to visit an IIT campus for the very first time in my life. I enjoyed it a lot and made many new friends there. I came across so many new things, and so many new peoples, and explored so many new domains. It was a very great opportunity for me to go there and explore. It was only 3 days trip for me but still, I am willing to go again and again there because it's something I won't regret visiting there again and again. It was a paradox in 2022, I going to remember throughout my life. All those events there and the lectures which were conducted for us, various interaction sessions, and other activities of enjoyment in all those 3 days were amazing. For the first, I felt what is a life of an IITIAN and how they enjoy their 4-year journey. All that was amazing under the stars was the most exciting event which I enjoyed and watching the RRR movie in the open-air theatre was an amazing experience. But it was only for 3 days I wish it was for a month or more.

IIT Madras - One of Best and Reputed Educational Institution in India. Green and Clean place in Chennai !!! Black bucks is the rarest in india which is found in IIT madras campus. You cannot see it easily, because it ll run very fastly. You need to ride or drive your vehicle very slowly at 20KMPH. As we should be careful of animals crossing. We can lot of Indian Monkeys inside this campus. It's very pleasant place in the Chennai. It makes us feel we are in other world.
