Indian institute of information technology Sri city , which is called as IIIT Srictiy, is a nice campus. Though not completely constructed yet it has a nice academic building with good classrooms with a/c facility and power sockets available to all students and also with good internet facility. The campus gave a very good vibe and doesn't have any disturbance of traffic etc., Hope it looks more beautiful once fully constructed .

It's one of the premier institutes in PPP mode at the Electronic City of Sricity. It has nice facilities for students with decent and neatly maintained class rooms, hostels and labs for CSE and ECE students. It's has a sprawling campus which is being developed further to the needs of students. It's one of the first Newly established IIIT's with own facilities. One can reach here by train up to Sullurpeta and from there one can hire taxi/auto but fare is higher. One can use shared auto up to Tada costing 30 bucks and from there to college is another 20 bucks. Or one can take local trains up to Tada costing 10 bucks and hire an auto after coming on to the road instead of station, also shared autos are also available.

This is the newest College it have beautiful environment good faculty Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Sri City, Chittoor was established in 2013 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India (GoI). IIITS was funded 50% by GoI, 35% by Government of Andhra Pradesh and 15% by the Industry partners. It is also observed as "Institute of National Importance".

Still under construction( as on September 2018), the infrastructure is just amazing. Located in a well planned and industrial Sri City, it is located in a hub of industries of around 27 countries. A truly great place for research, and the professors are great and cooperative. Almost for every item being used here, "made in Sri City" is a hallmark of it, be it furnitures, chocolates(cadbury) to even Pepsi cola. Just one trouble: For some basic amenities, one needs to go to Tada, around 2-4 KM's from campus. Hopefully, that may be resolved once the campus construction is complete. One great feature is that the mess are in hostel itself and food quality is also great. Accessibility is also easy as it is located around Central expressway beside the well known "GOLDEN QUADRILATERAL" of India.
