Washrooms are too dirty. Parking available. Staff behaviour is good. Food taste is OK but price are too high compared to food quality, interior, cleaning etc.
Huge Parking place available. Staff behaviour is good but not great. One thing they are doing wrong with the customer is that they charge pack food items that are too expensive compared to MRP(this is illegal). (They Charge One Chips packet 12 Rupees. But MRP is 10. )
Very good and cheap dhaba style restaurant in kolghat.. Ideal for quick stop for breakfast..
Reasonably good restaurant on NH-6 just before entering Kolaghat. More than that they provide parking space for the touring vehicles big and small, as well as cooking and dining space for touring parties on hourly basis.
Ladies/Gent's Toilet is very BAD...Soiled and not clean. Food is so-so. Hotel service boy's behaviour was good.
