Indian Coffee House - Featured Reviews (1712)
My recent visit to the Indian Coffee House left me less than impressed, earning it a two-star rating. The most glaring issue was the abysmal customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, creating an overall unpleasant dining experience. Requests were met with indifference, and it felt like an inconvenience to seek assistance. The ambiance was another disappointment. The outdated decor and lack of maintenance contributed to a drab and uninviting atmosphere. The seating arrangements were cramped, further diminishing any hopes of a comfortable or enjoyable setting. It's evident that the establishment could benefit from a much-needed revamp. Turning to the food, it was a letdown with a capital "B." The quality was basic at best, failing to live up to the expectations one might have for an establishment that bears the name "Coffee House." The menu lacked innovation, and the flavors were forgettable. It's unfortunate that what could be a charming spot falls short in these crucial aspects. In summary, Indian Coffee House needs a serious overhaul to meet the standards expected of a dining establishment.
This restaurant is know for quality and have branches all over india. The quality of the good and if ur a coffee or tea lover here you can get a good one.
Bad experience. Masala Dosa is not worth the price, and free advice don't even think about trying hot coffee . Thank me later.

Good customer service. Tasty food. Hygienic place. Great place to come with friends and family. Washroom is located outside (average - this is the only negative about this place )
The Indian Coffee House is a restaurant chain in India, run by cooperative societies. It's over 400 branches are present across India, out of this over 50 are in Kerala itself. The food served was really quick. Very reasonably low priced. They don't accept cards here. The food was tasty and delicious. The main attraction of this place is Masala dosa which is made with beetroot which is unusual but it was very tasty. Their cutlets, beef fry with Kerala porota, Hot badam milk, filter coffee and sharjah shake are worth trying. Their items ranges from veg/ chicken biriyani , lamb curry, roti, ghee dosa, vegetable subji, poori, vadas,Fresh juices, salad, ice cream etc to name some.one suggestion for this restaurant is it needs a bit of uplifting and Better cleanliness. This restaurant is totally value for money!
