Though a/cs provided but never found working.NTPC provided free electricity still not working but charges collected as per ac resturant. Taste & preparation satisfactory. Service boys smart & well behaved. Presentation good. Wash basin has no soap. Sanitation good. Rates are slightly high but more or less pocket friendly.Bill generated for customers are not being handed over normally.Deserts not maintained. More cornflour used in malai & sweet preparations.
Price is very high with GST bill more. Chai is not so good . Dosa is somehow tasty but much price compared to other hotels .
Best in NTPC.Food is really tasty. The place is also neat and clean. But the food delivery is a bit slow. Overall, my experience with Indian Coffee House is great.

ICH maintains good hygiene and quality of food. Overall the taste of the food is also good. I am a regular visitor since 2013 and I have no complaints barring one or two. Try Dum Aloo here.. different. And chicken butter masala is also good. The breakfast items except upma are good.
Good place for fast food. I really enjoyed with my family
Good for snacks and main course with South Indian touch as most of the staffs and chefs are from Kerala. Excellent hygiene.
