Quite an unfriendly approach. I had visited for a simple task of updating my mobile number linked to the broadband along with prescribed form and proof but a lady officer wanted me to write on a piece of paper. After a bit of an argument they accepted it. I never had any issue with Avadi customer care for the past 15 years. This CCC needs to be customer friendly in order for them to compete with private players
BSNL is not healthy. Made so by politicians & private telecom companies. Still, it's value for money. No surprise deductions or unrequested add-on packs. Balance stays for ever. Difference between BSNL and other players right now are upkeeping of premises & office timings. That's if you happen to visit them. As for speed, don't depend on BSNL alone. Excellent for secondary use and very safe for banking transactions.
Such a sad state of affairs. Poor Top Management and Apathy towards customers are clearly visible. But BSNL is still the best in terms of quality of services.
The staffs were really friendly and to my surprise they were eager to help me... but the initial booking I made for broadband connection near my telephone exchange was miserable.. the sales person got 500 rs from me and never paid it to the bsnl office.. I reached ambattur to book again and they told me that the guy who collected money never paid so get it from him.. now I have to chase him
Very bad place. It is a office where no employee will work. As a customer if u visit you will be getting a worst experience of all the telicom operators in Chennai. Even if u ask for new connection you will treated in such a way that you yourself will reconsider your decision to choose that network..
Pathetic service. I've been following up for more than 2 months to shift my land line connection from 1 building to the next in the same Apartments complex, but this office and organization is filed with lazy idiots who don't know how anything.
