I ordered a combo book, but they only sent me 2 out of 3. When I inquired about it, they told me that the book was out of stock. They didn't even bother to inform me before sending the books. I tried reaching out to them for a refund; they told me the money would be refunded, but it's been a week and I haven't heard anything from their end. Pathetic service.
