Lights went out while using the ATM, money got debited but the ATM didn't dispense cash so went up to the bank and spoke to the lady assistant branch manager, she looked pretty young but she has no manners how to speak with a customer, how she addresses customers is very unprofessional and unethical, she has no manners how to speak to an elderly, I regret going to this bank ruined my day, thanks.

Ok it was. But the ATM should've been operational 24/7.

Run by Unexperienced staffs mostly female with no moral and ethics on services. High level of communication gap. Atleast I had better service in tamil nadu. This one made me closed my account

Worst bank ever. Their treatment to customers is so unprofessional and biased. Regret opening an account here when there are better options out there.
