Although I did not stay here I had booked accommodation in this property and wanted to take the time to let everyone know how helpful the host is. I booked my rooms through Agoda however due to my mistake I had booked single rooms and had to cancel the booking however the host took the time to help me find another property and guide me so well. From the day I made booking I have constantly contacting him for random help and details about Varkala and he did not even think twice to help me with all my query. I feel so bad that I could not stay here and next time I will be sure to book my entire trip with Indian Artvilla.
Really disappointed with Art Villa We Booked our rooms one month before the trip and the advance amount was given .At the day we reached there on time and there is no availability of staffs for enquiry and check in. We waited almost one hour with heavy luggages. Then a staff came and tell there is no more rooms available and make many silly excuses. We forced to move another place for the rooms . It floped all our trip schedules.
Will put u in a very difficult situation by not accepting the online booking and u will realize it only after reaching the property. Even after reading negative reviews , i booked stay in this place through online. the thing is that this guy named rafi is registered with many online platforms and he won't accept the bookings. If u pay online for booking confirmation, ur money is gone for sure. Don't trust the good reviews posted here, u can see reviews wherein property didn't allow to stay even after booking days prior , it's actually true Don't waste money on this property

It was a great experience staying at Indian Art Villa. The welcome club of Leo and Mia were our favourite! The place was so engaging and aesthetically maintained. A special mention to Rafi for being such a great host. He was very friendly and was always there to adhear to even the simplest need of ours.
Indian Art Villa is located 300 meters from the cliff. Easily accessible on foot. We booked twin room and the room was big. Since we were three people we got one extra mattress to sleep. Rafi the host is easily reachable and will help you for any information. He also arranged auto for us in the early morning. He also has a cute dog who craves for love. Indian art Villa has a kitchen where you can cook on your own. The rooms are named after Indian classical dances. The villa is full of paintings of dance forms.
I had a great time during stay there. Rafi is friendly and welcoming, he made sure our stay was memorable and the best. The rooms are very neat and clean. If you are staying in Varkala, this place must be your first choice it's nearer to cliff and so many other places.

The rooms where clean, 24 hrs hot water available. They provide towels and sample soaps. All these for a minimum room rent. Worth for the money. It is best for budget rooms. But if you seek for luxury rooms you may not like it.
