It's always awesome to know your history in detail and also see the equipment used by our armed forces during the previous years it also showcases different types of models of the country and also uniform one by officers during different wars also the video room has nice movies in detail telling about 1947 1965 and so on

As I stay near the museum so every day i pass by. Absolutely serene place to be in.Nicely maintained by the western command.Must visit to the place to know the war history.One should walk to the other adjacent places like shivalik bird Sanctuary, tranquility park, see the command house, pioneer kund, the raina stadium, shopping complex, The sports complex, Dhayan chand tennis court etc. If you walk on the road during evenings you might find wildlife also like deers, wildboars etc

Place is situated in cantt area with various histological statue and war memorial place. Ambiance of place is just amazing and you can feel positivity in the environment.
