Nice facility. We could find some of the IT and ITES sectors. Birla soft,Free space , Cotiviti , Ugam, Verticurl, Logix Health ,Bosch and many more . Canteen facility is also good. Well maintained

Work culture is so cool

Getting a vehicle pass is more difficult than getting US visa. If you have lost the old pass, then instead of wasting time for a new pass, better park elsewhere. Stairs are very bad. With changing design in every step. Employees sit on the stairs blocking the way. Only + I see is ATMs, food court, covered parking etc.

All good but few flaws.. I started visiting this premises very recently and will update this review after some months. -It's quite big and neatly constructed. -It has all the necessary bank ATM and branches inside the premises Cons: I love to walk through stairs instead of using lifts. But in this premise stair design is awkward. Also stair steps rise and length is not evenly distributed across the floors. You have to be very careful while walking. I always have fear that I may fell down.

This tech park is near to saravanampatti.but this route is bus facility is rare.so bring two Wheeler or four wheeler is best solution for travelling.

Safety wise, this is fine... But parking is bit clumsy....

This is a IT/ITES hub at the chil SEZ. Went to visit a company there, the experience is too much of security checks. Infrastructure is very good with coffee shop and canteen for the employees... Air-con is great, no rest room for visitors is the negative.
