Didn't deserve One star. Worst service worst owner. We taken two rooms morning but when night going to sleep fan not working proper, they didnt change room. We adjust in one room but also didnt provide extra bed not getting off second room charge. When ask about it misbehaving by owner. Dont use ever.
It is cheap but not good, they did not change bed sheet, there are no geyser for hot water. But beside the hotel there is a Bengali hotel " Nimontron" which is too good. Where Bengali thali is available. Never deal for transportation with the manager because it deal expensive.0
Most useless management till date I have ever seen. My relatives had a worst experience few days back. I was actually planning to stay in your hotel in the next week but due to the recent activities I pulled out myself. Please don't opt this hotel. Worst management.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. At reception they ask for advance payment for two days, no soap, no towels.room service is normal. This hotel is near to jagdambha junction and surya bagh. Near by you get rajasthani punjabi food.
Nice owner, nice people.. Rooms are good but may not match standards of OYO Rooms.. AC 1500 per day, prices might change according to demand.

Extremely untidy with worst customer service and extremely rude and vulgar language and careless to customer, They behave as if we are staying here for free and I strongly recommend not to book this hotel the regret is the only outcome at last
Very very bad behaviour , services not good , won't understand costumers situation , if we vacate 10 mins late thay will charge full day extra cost.
