They are a scammers, be careful. You can buy yout tickzts directly on the train station. If someone helps u in the train station and bring you here you should know is a scam
don't get scammed here. "nice" people will talk to you on the street and take you there. it's a scam!
They didn't even deserve one star. Please don't go in there. If someone takes you there. Just say no. I hope you can read this first before doing in. They will offer you something nice and beautiful and you'll get something totally different. Stay away from these people and go by yourselves or get a proper agency. They will say they are an agency sponsored by the government but they are not. So just say no thanks and be happy.
Total rip-off! They offer a taxi service for quadruple the price. THIS IS NOT A GUIDED TOUR! A nice old guy approached us in Jantar Mantar saying the Department of Tourism Office is nearby. We were desperate for a map so we went with it. Paid Rp4000 for a guided tour in 7-8 sites but only received a taxi service to 3 Never again!!!

COMPLETE RIP-OFF - Delhi is full of fake "tourist offices" that claim to be government run. The Indian government DOES NOT SELL ANYTHING - these offices are staffed by scam artists. What usually happens (as what happened to us) is a taxi will pick you up from the airport after a 15-hour flight when it's somewhere around midnight local time. The passengers are dazed, confused and tired, they don't know what's going on. The taxi driver will pretend to drive you to your hotel but make up a lie about how the hotel is not available. Popular lies include "local riots in Delhi" which is what they said to us, or "COVID spikes" which is what they said to another couple we knew. Of course, we didn't do any research (our own fault) and bought the idea that there were protests in the city. The driver pretended to call our hotel, but likely dialed nobody or his friend. Soon, we ended up at this fake tourist office. WARNING: taxi drivers get commission from sales when they drop people off at these fake tourist offices.
Do not give these people your money. They will lie and say prices are much higher than they really are. These people are scammers and will say anything to take foreigner money. Do not believe these people. I talked to Nayak Bharat and he lied to me constantly alongside his co-workers. I would give negative stars if possible
