They have 3 counters but always open only one counter ever long line of people in it.
Worst ever team seen. Incompetent staff who only tells, submit the passbook & come after 1-2 days. No work is done on the same day. My worst experience, will never ever go for any work to sector 1. It is been 2 weeks now, they are not able to transfer the maturity amount of NSC into my savings account. Whenever I ask they will tell come after 2 days.
fair , only problem that is , at the time of rush they have to open 2 counters for the comfort of people , at present they always run only 1 counter. due to which people feel discomfort and its very time taking .
