India Post - Post office in New Delhi, Delhi - East, India

Visited the Passport Seva Kendra in Patparganj, Delhi for my wife's passport renewal. The experience was far from satisfactory. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:30 am, with a reporting time of 11:15 am. We arrived at the center at 11:00 am, located on the 2nd floor of the building. The setup was decent, with seating and fans. There were only 2 employees handling all the tasks - one for document verification and another officer for the final steps involving document upload, photo, and biometric data. The major issue is the absence of a token system, making it uncertain when your turn will come. For smoother document verification, here's a tip: Write down the Batch Number/Appointment number received through SMS or email, Centre code-POPSK, and Time Slot on the first page of your document set. Additionally, self-attest all the documents in large font. Be prepared for a wait of at least 2 hours, depending on your appointment time when you visit this center.

The worst passport service facility in Delhi, don't ever opt for an appointment here and if u do be prepared to shell out 4-5 hrs of urs. They don't have proper staff to deal with crowd,it's just one employee for 100 applicants.better to opt for ITO herald office they have brilliant facility there.

There are lots of bad rating about delivery and which are quite true, I've also faced the irresponsible behaviour of delivery guy and which really need to take care. And about this Post Office, it is usually crowded at 11AM to 12PM and less crowded around 2PM, Lack of posting counters, Clean environment and available sitting place, This is the Head Office in Patparganj Area. Staffs are good and cooperative! Open upto 4PM for public.

Such a waste No service Even the contact number also not working (kept it just for name sake) It's been 15 days I have sent my parcel to HP from Delhi Not yet received No response No answers Such a horrible experience Even I feel like I'm wasting my 2 minutes of time to write this review because there is no one to take it seriously and solve the issue Ufffff.... pathetic service ever Grow up guys please do some work atleast for your salary intake

No one attached call, speed post available, courier not available after 3 pm, make sure you will available with cash, there no Paytm or Google pay. Covid instructions not follow, experience is bad because the agent behaviour is very bad and rude. Building and maintain is good but overall include behaviour of the speed post person is very bad.

I visited here for passport verification. I must say staff was very helpful, they make sure to help people like me regarding documents, procedure and information regarding passport services. The lady taking photographs for password was also very patient with us. Experience was butter smooth, I didn't face any kind of problem or any trouble from the staff. Keep it up passport department.

Not opening in time . Very very slow in work process

I just came here for a enquiry and came to know that Post office Lunch time is 12:15 Pm to onwards where as per government policy the time is 1:30 Pm to 2:30 Pm!!! It's very bad act!!
