India Post Office - Post office in Sohna, Sohna Rural - Gurugram, India

This post office badly needs a makeover and the guys who work here need to be more professional and responsible towards the public. The post office is way too small and needs more development and professionalism.

The postman had marked the Important speed post as "Delivered" without delivering it. We visited the Sohna post office on consecutive two days to follow up and then we received it. Very irresponsible behaviour. Such behaviour is example of third class customer experience.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and process of doing a speed post was very smooth. But the post office is in a very terrible condition, gives you vibes of typical government office of old times, parking is pathetic, stagnant water outside in the parking and mosquitoes inside post office.

Third class services are giving to customer by India post. My Speed Post has reached on 31/11/2021 and delivered on 01/11/3021. But still not received ( 09/11/2021). I have visited Sohna post office 4 times. But no one is there to hear my concern. Employee is being fool to customer by says- 'Kal Aana'.

That is the only post near sohna so thats why here crowds and some time more but not all the time here token facility also, that post office take so much time to complete your work overall nice

When i did a speed post it was not delivered after 20 days this is really disgusting and sameful for the post office and when it is asked in post office then answer was horrable u should check on cyber cafe

service is fine.now post office is shifted in old tehsil building.near favvara chowk.

No proper road ,dirty place and very small office space.sometime lot of crowd
