Very worst service. They cheat people by charging more for luxury and provide worst services. I booked the Delhi tour for 1/10/23, 6 seats, super deluxe coach. Talked on phone also, they assured very luxury coaches. But on the day of travel, they don't even have their own buses, they are just agents, booking on behalf of others. Got me and my family on a very ordinary bus, worst than DTC buses. No body answers and tells you that speak to India incredible people. Very worst experience. Still on same tour suffering.

Fake travels and they are scammers. I opt for Haridwar trip and they cancel the trip. Then I am forced to go for the agra trip with them they offer multi axle and provide us normal tata bus. And the trip was pathetic. No timing and high looting . Tour guide is a big flops. In mathur they take us to a fake temple and ask for high donation.

Hands down, IRI Tours were the most responsive, professional and reasonably priced. The IRI's owner, Raju, my new friend, is a man of great integrity. He and his team worked with me to plan an ambitious solo tour visiting 15 cities and villages over thirty days that involved three internal flights with four different experienced and knowledgeable drivers. All the drivers were excellent and always looking out for my best interest and safety, I spent the first 18 days of my trip with Kewal touring through the fascinating cities of Jaisalmer, Udaipur and Jaipur in Rajasthan to name just a few. Kewal showed me the ropes and guided me to some very cool spots and knew all the best places to eat along the way. He generously shared his vast knowledge and insights on the rich diverse culture, religions, history and architecture India has to offer. It wasn't long before we were having good laughs and calling each other Paji (brother in Punjabi). On my second day in Raju's home town of Mandawa, I stayed in his family's 18th century haveli (one time merchant's mansion) on the old Silk Route that Raju converted into a beautiful hotel. An example of their care, I injured my shoulder falling and Raju's son Anurag and Kewal were so kind, concerned and treated me like family, taking me to the local doctor for X-rays and meds to help me carry on with my trip. BTW,the doctor's visit cost 800 Rupees (about $8), Raju and his team arranged superb hotel rooms at every stay (some 200-300 year old castles and palaces). On two occasions, the planned hotels were overbooked (due to the G 20 Summit Meetings) and Raju was able to find even better, more expensive hotels at his own cost. Of all the 30 plus countries I've had the opportunity to visit, my recent trip to India was the most real, incredible, other worldly, awe inspiring, and life changing. The sensory experience of all the colors, sights, sounds and aromas were truly delightful, but what I loved most was the warm and friendly people of India. To all who never thought about visiting India, it is the best kept travel "gupt' (secret in Hindi). I'm eternally grateful to Raju, his family and his team. Great experience! I had booked with India Incredible for 1 day Delhi-Agra-Mathura-Vrindavan trip. And I have to say it was a wholesome experience. They picked my up at my nearest metro station. I opted for the Volvo bus . It was clean and very comfortable. Although bus was from some Falcon Travels. We began our journey and reached to the breakfast point. We were about an hour late due to another passenger! The place was slight expensive but was clean and served delicious food. The drive was excellent. And when we reached Agra, a guide board on the bus. He briefed as about our itinerary and do's and don'ts. 1st we reached Agra fort. The guide was very informative and told us each and every aspect of the fort. Then we went on to a shopping store where special Agra souvenir was sold. Then the next stop was to a restaurant for lunch. The buffet was very good and economical. After that we went on to see the Taj mahal. Again the guide was very helpful and took care of the whole batch. Then after visiting Taj mahal, the guide said goodbye to us and left. I must say he was a gentleman! Then after hour or so we reached Mathura. There another Guide boarded the bus. He was talkative and nice. We get to see the Mathura temple but had to hurry as we were running late. Then we went on to vrindavan and to be honest that was the only low point of the whole package. I feel it was waste of time to go there at late night. And then the bus stopped just outside Mathura for dinner. The place was slightly expensive but food was good. The guide left the bus. And after about 2 hrs we were back to our home! As per the plan we should have got to our home by 2330hrs, but we reached home at 0200hrs! So take the itinerary timings with a pinch of salt. So now I can tell you the pros and cons of this whole package offered by India Incredible. Pros:- 1. Well-informed and friendly guides. Guided tour always help you understand the place more productivly. 2. The travel was comfortable and without any issues. 3. I think the price was reasonable considering the fact that how much time planning and money you spend when you go for such a trip on your own. 4. They genuinely take care of the customers and wait for them if they are late. Cons:- 1. Time management in theory is very good. But in practice you get late because of passengers. Some board late, some stay late at monuments, some stay late for shopping. It was due to the delay we had nothing significant to see in Vrindavan.( We reached there @10pm) 2. Another thing is that they should tell people to book tickets for monuments like Taj mahal and Agra fort beforehand. They told us in the bus right before we reached Agra fort. We were fortunate enough with good internet and resources, but everyone is able to book tickets at the last moment. Many people can have issues with internet, Many people don't have any online mode of payment, some older generation people can't understand how to get things done. So they should tell everyone to book tickets either the day before or before the journey starts. So all in all they helped me make my dream of visiting the Taj. And that too they did it good. I was a little sceptical at first reading the reviews on Google. But the experience was great for me and my family. Totally Recommended!!

Above average company giving good service for 1 day delhi Agra tour. There are many pros and cons. WARNING : Long post (review ahead). 2 stars for Agra food (lunch), and bus team night behaviour I travelled this journey on choti-holi. Starting from beginning, the pickup time was 7am and bus arrived at around 715am. Not designated seats was given during seat booking and random seat selection was done on arrival within the bus by the tour incharge. The journey was delayed by 1 hour from beginning. The first stop was for breakfast and it was dhaba giving tasty food but for high rate. Reached Agra fort after pickup the guid when entered Agra. Good knowledgeble guide giving all correct info. But due to lack of time, it was a run through in Agra fort. In between visited mini-taj by UP tourism which is purely for business/money purpose. Wasted around 1-1.30 hours there. In between, for cost cutting, AC was not turned on and only blower was in for which there was some dispute with team. The lunch provided in a good hotel and was delicious. Next stop was taj. Spent around 1 hour there (4-530pm). We were delayed by 2 hours on way to Mathura Vrindavan. Reached and visited Mathura at around the closure time. Long queue for checking and ticket. Visited vrindavan at night 10pm. Accompanied by another Brahmin guide (name some Shukla). His major moto was for asking donation for self and in name of god. He constantly said "give with pleasure how much you want" but when given small amount, he started saying things like "donation is for god, you are Rich than sudama - Krishna friend, but he also had donations to lord Krishna then you are better than him". This I felt wrong as a Hindu pandit by myself. One cannot force someone into donation work. I had my mind for donation and gave with by heart but still was pressurized to give more. This was wrong. God doesn't ask for donation, this was business and I condemn it. Later, the journey started back at around 1130 pm from vrindavan. Next stop was for dinner at around 12am at a third class dhaba. Worst place to eat. Started delhi back journey at around 1230am and reached delhi 2am. Major mention here is for the bus team who was good enough to comfort me as it was mid-night and I was last passenger with a friend. They understood my discomfort (late night around 3am bus in Delhi, anyone will be afraid), and was good enough for keeping lights on inside all time and talking nicely till we got onwards cab from the dropping location. To summarise:. Pros : good behavior of Agra guide, excellent behaviour of bus team, food selection at Agra and breakfast Cons: no time management (trip ends at 1130pm in Delhi but it ended at 3am), no seat selection during booking leading to chaos and non-availability of seat of choice, time waste at mini-taj shop, poor pathetic dinner location, extra charges in name of ticket and ticket scam/money scam. Don't go by this agent if you want to save money. Make your itineary from delhi to Agra and visit taj/Agra fort/fatehpur sikri (guide 100 per site/ ticket 35+10 per site). Make your own calculations and see.

First of all Delhi Agra Mathura Brindaban tour itself is a scam tour. 1. They call for 6 AM and made us wait in bus till 8:45, they are not leaving untill all seat is occupied. 2. We paid 1050 for multi axle bus where as co-passenger paid 650 only 3. For non Indian's Don't Pay your guide for Agra Fort and Taj Mahal tour, rather book it online before hand or buy it in venue, they overcharge when they collect money in bus 4. They take you to scam market and waste your hours so that you will reach mathura at late night. 5. They claim they are taking mathura at evening for arati, but it's a scam as they will only allow you there for 30 minutes and there is no arati at that time. It's their scam to take you at brindaban for more scam. 6. They take you to some private house temple setup in brindaban and put psychological pressure to donate in the name of lord Krishna. This place is total scam as you can see same setup in dozens of houses as you pass by. Yet they claim this is the house lord Krishna grew. 7. Your so called Pandit guide is master of scammer. In conclusion: get a local bus or train to Agra spend a night there( hotel fee will equivalent your scam expenses) get to feel mathura arati and more of lord Krishna, also visit more forts near by. Government of UP shall do sth Abt this ongoing scam. Or if they are already getting a part of it they must be the one promoting it. They scam you so well if your too much religious, be aware.

Worst agency and office & bus staffs. Totally non professional and cheaters. Once you took their ticket we have to run behind these people to get our service and they will not provide same service what we purchased, will provide same service for everyone irrespective of what you purchased. We took #3 tickets for #3 tour trips on July/2023. 1. Purchased: Delhi sightseeing on Super deluxe AC Coach. But service provided on ordinary AC Bus. 2. Purchased: Agra & Fatepur Sikkri sightseeing on Volvo. But service provided on ordinary AC Bus without any proper AC on summer and covered only Agra, They themselves removed Fatepur Sikri from our tour plan after charging money. Bus staffs were wearing dirty clothes kept us standing outside the bus almost an hour before returning from Agra. 3. Purchased: Jaipur: They canceled this trip on the day before traveling date for the ticket purchased almost one month in advance and ultimately we were not able to arrange with any other agencies in the last moment. To refund this money I run behind these people for more than 3 weeks with multiple overseas calls and several WhatsApp follow up msgs. If you want to enjoy your tour and peace of mind go for better option.

The trip was extremely very bad because many things. 1. Bus was very bad condition and seat also dirty 2. Breakfast and lunch and dinner hotel was extremely bad and the hotel does not have proper wash area also 3. Guide asked extra charge for everything. 4. Bus driver personality really bad 5. Not maintaining the punctuality also because they inform me to start the trip at 5 30 and they started at 6 30 6. They cheated in itinerary also because they took us into a duplicate area and told that is Vrindavan but we know that is not Vrindavan that i asked to driver he argued with me and created an issue. I am a travel lover but I kindly request to every travel lover please don't take this travel agency for future.
