India Digital is the best Computer shop in Goa . I've been their customer since 2007 , and I've never been dissapointed by them as yet. They've not only met, but always exceeded my expectations. They are, courteous, sincere, and above all honest. I've been a Mac user since 2009 . And if I need any kind of service to be done over my Mac, I trust no other shop, but India Digital. All the other Mac service centres are fake. So if u really want ur job to be done, " when I say done, I mean done"! India Digital is where you gotta go.

I travel a lot, and my Mac is closer to me than my wife. I've had horrible experiences with Mac service centres in Goa, till finally I was escorted to India Digital by a kind English gentleman. India digital has always succeeded in resolving my issues. The owner is a very knowledgeable guy who always goes out of his way to help me out.

Excellent Service given to me by these guys at India Digital computers ! My iPhone could not be fixed by the authorised Mac store in Mapuca , they were incredibly rude at the Mac store and told me I had to change the motherboard of the mobile and it would cost me Rs.20000 for the motherboard , luckily I was adviced by a friend of mine who was very happy that he had fixed a motherboard problem on his Mac book pro laptop at India digital at very cheap rate , so thank god I landed at India digital they fixed my mobile and also my friends Mac book at quarter the rate .. we are both very happy with the service given to us by India digital computers and totally recommend it to everyone having a simple or a serious issue with any apple device be it a Mac laptop or an iPhone ... great service at down to earth rates and very courteous service professionals .. all the best India digital ! Inefficient, Dishonest, Crooked and Stupid The worst experience as a customer. I took my printer/scanner to them to fix a minor issue with the screen. After 3 weeks of having my printer with them, they finally told me that they cannot fix it. And when they returned my printer (which was kept in the back seat of a car, parked under 40 degree sun) I realized that it was totally destroyed - the plastic had melted due to the heat, the top/lid of the scanner was totally deformed/crooked, and it was not starting any more. It was just lying there in his back seat for god knows how many days! When I addressed the issue, he gave me the silliest reasons and blamed the bad quality of the plastic (the printer is a well-known company called 'Brother') and refused to take any responsibility for the damages. To avoid absolutely.

Apparently the guy who works there is telling everyone it's a keypad issue even though it isn't. I clearly told him it is the problem with Windows 10 and this guy is like no no it isn't. I was 90% sure it was the operating system. He replaces the keyboard and yet again the issue persists so I take it on my own hands and successfully re flash Windows 10 and it works the replaced keyboard has stopped working though. Useless service center and doesn't know what the problem with PC's are he just assumes and thinks that he's always right. Also he doesn't pick calls if you have given for repairs and don't get your device back after a week and you always have to go there because of this!

I had given my laptop to change keyboard coz of moister. When i brought it home I saw wiffi & bluethoot was not showing in my laptop. When i called them they replied drive is deleted coz of virus. So u have to download the drive. When i showed it in uk they open key board n wanted to check the WLAN card n it was missing as it was stolen when this people changed the keyboard. The guy said this what I called Indian are mafia in thief. And they proof it true.

I took my laptop for repair (turned out to be keypad issue). The keypad was changed the first time but only lasted months, they said it's because of too much humidity in Goa, so it was changed again. In just weeks it's already not working properly, so I brought it back. But again it happened again in just weeks, I was told it's due to humidity and put a lamp/heat towards the keypad. But since it's not working properly I want to return it, but the shop was closed, 2 times I went and its closed, whether they opened late I do not know. I tried calling but no one is answering and did not even get a return call. By the time I brought it in the shop the warranty is expired for 10 days. Therefore it is not repaired. No consideration or whatsoever since it did not work properly from the time it was "repaired" and they were informed about it. Yes a little over the warranty, but if only they were open when I took it or return my call perhaps it would'nt have happened. It's as if I'm just sitting idle and always available to "hunt" if they were open for business or even available to answer ohone calls. Well it's a simple keyboard issue yet were not handled properly, I wonder if its software or other in depth technical issues how they will handle it. If there were Zero rating here I woul have put it. As much as I hate to say this but "outsider" businessman seems to handle customer service way better.
