The tours are really very nice and informative, and the walk leaders they have at their disposal are some of the best in the business, mostly knowledgeable research scholars having good oratory skills. But they tend to treat the walk leaders as beasts of burden and expect them to provide a 100 % feedback even at the cost of their lives, irrespective of whether the tour was informative and interesting or not. Even a 'very good' rating in place of 'excellent' can lead to frowning faces. Better to be their customer rather than their employees.
It was an experience of a lifetime. My husband and I were looking forward to an informative yet fun tour and India City Walks gave us just what we wanted. Extremely professional people who led us through the city. Information and stories were seamlessly woven. Highly recommend them!
