Ok but could be better. Rooms are good, But I won't say too good. There is a reason for that, and few things can be improved. 1. No reason for having a weight machine in the room specially when its broken. It gives an not so needed tension by providing wrong results. 2. A fan for proper air flow would be better. 3. For luggage transfer, it should be to delivered to individual rooms rather then one room for all guests, and that guests are required to be sort there luggage again and carry it there rooms again.

Rooms and property is good but not maintained properly. Room lock is major issue thus indirectly safety of your valuables is at risk. Service is good but food is normal. Location is good as not very far from Railwaystation and bus stand.

Pathetic, don't bother staying even if someone is offering for free ....... Long list of issues from food to people but best was finding rats in room and hotel staff not bothering abt it

Outside City.... good no of rooms.. so for any occasion under 1 roof... u can get all... plenty car parking, good qnty rooms.. and food is also nice...

Nice service, delicious food, clean pool, spacious room, thanks Mr. Prahlad and his entire hotel team for memorable service . I suggest all traveller to visit in this hotel you will like it.

Very good resort to stay with family. Nice location. Service slow. But it's ok..no problem for that.

The residency has a huge property and thats all its selling point. The rooms are not maintained well, the rooms were not checked before giving it to guests. The services were very slow.

Pathethetic service Worst experience Also Google shows wrong location if we call property to guide us they are not ready to do that also.... Any customer will expect greeting which is to high expectation from.such people. Pl search for better options. Don't book this
