Indel Honda - Car dealer in Palakkad - Palakkad, India

My car had broken down near Palakkad in afternoon and availed the RSA. Car was fixed here. The towing truck took some time to reach but they took car to service center without any problem. Service executive Anurag Roy was quite helpful. Since it was around 4pm and the repair needed time he mentioned car will be ready by next day afternoon only. His behaviour was quite good and he had delivered the car within promised time. All my luggage was inside the car overnight and there was nothing missing. Post repair he showed the parts which had to be replaced. Overall I liked their attitude and helping mentality. The customer waiting lounge is also comfortable.

Indel honda and the staff at there are very supportive for any request or queries and always try to give the best for the customers

After the service and repair of my Honda City the following happened. 1. Windshield breaking hammer is missing (Honda Branded) 2. Dashcam is no longer working. I conveyed the hammer missing issue to Mr. Anto, but there is no positive response. Be careful when dealing with Indel Honda. Update 31/10/2023: May I know the steps you have taken for resolution of my problem....

Quite good behaviour from sales and service people. One incident made me think of selecting other service centre than Indel. They billed a undercover coating service during one service but I missed to check that. Within five months an issue popped up and I visited service centre to fix. They advised me to do undercover coating and I agreed that. After some days I realised how the same part can do coating within five months, checked photos shared with me during this time. Finally I realised they cheated me during service happened five months back without coating underneath of car they billed. I enquired about that in phone, but they told me that respective person on leave will enquire and reply. But no response from them after that. After a month I visited their showroom and explained everything. But they told me that responsible person left the company and they don't know about this specific issue. So I decided not to go back for service in Palakkad. Another incident was with my fog lamp. In every service I tell them to fix fog lamp, they find excuses like fuse is not in stock and Take time if made an order. This repeated 2-3 times so last time I told them if not fix that I won't pay you for service. Finally they fixed it on same day. Next day of service, some electrical fumes came from under the steering wheel during driving. Then I stopped vehicle and inspected. It was from wiring. They fixed fog lamp but they made some mistakes in wiring. Luckily nothing big disaster happened. Next day I visited service centre and they fixed the issue. Thus I came to know many people working in Indel Honda are not good in their skills to fix issue after a talk with service manager. Manager advised me to fix all electronic or electric issues outside Honda. I don't know why he told me like that. If I followed his words Honda will deny insurance claiming that wiring has done from outside Honda. Another issue faced was with body shop. Dicky door has replaced, but they missed to fit many parts from old dicky door. I asked about that to manager but he didn't answer to my question. And I decided that it would be my last visit to their business centre. Another issue face long before was during warranty period I noticed an air conditioner problem and I asked them to fix. I had proof of that. But they didn't fix. After few months next service came and they intimated me that air conditioner has problems. Then I showed the proof I kept - to check same issue few months back. But they refused that and asked me to pay for components to fix A/c. That come around 85000/-. I strongly resisted that move and forced them to fix with zero bill. Customer can win unfavourable situations when we made chats with service person than an unrecorded calls to keep proofs to claim. They never hear customers complain during service. They are into changing oil and water wash only. Not even clean engine compartment during service. I feel Thrissur Popular Honda is good than Palakkad Indel Honda. Here everyone is irresponsible idiots. My car number is kl49g2005 When we go for purchase they give false promises like other dealers. I felt Maruti culture only not Honda culture. They are so careless about our car. Never care our concern. When we point out mistakes they never take authority they just transfer responsibility to some poor staff. They never fix our issues they just find excuses. Better find local workshops or Thrissur dealers for good service. Only one positive thing I had is we can utilise this shop as bargaining during car purchases. They are ready to give discounts more than any other dealers because of less sales. Many customers don't know to purchase car in bargain for extra discount. Last time my friend purchased with 1lakh discount but billed original price. Any way they need a lot of improvement. Customer wants to buy car from good dealers because they want to maintain car hasslesly for atleast 5-8 years
