Inde Hotel Cyber City, Gurgaon - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Don't spend your hard earned money in this garbage hotel. Spider webs can be found around all the corners of the room. Floors were not cleaned properly. The food taste is below average. Hotel service is zero but in every 5 mins Receptionist will call you to say please ask the visitors to vacate the room in 30 mins.

I am from NCR only and I found this hotel the most difficult place to locate in Cyber City Gurugram, I took three rounds of drive in cyber city to finally locate this place. The landmark is to take a U turn in the cyber city underpass and the hotel entrance comes immediately left on the exit mouth of the underpass which is really difficult to locate. Keep your vehicle at dead slow speed at U turn exit mouth, else you will miss to notice the entrance BLACK GATE and you have to circle back. Google Maps will confuse you only.

Not good experience. Don't confuse it's not 3 star hotel... Bathroom leakage & drainage problem, Tea kettle not cleaned which is used by someone. Paint falling. Curtains not clean- fungus grows on it, Spitted by someone as it is. Old towels. Less bath space. Breakfast not good. Fruit cut not fresh. Late food delivery. Staff expect Tip-as per their behaviour.

I have stayed in this hotel recently, location is good and rooms are neat and clean. Staff behavior is very supportive, I will recommend this hotel for stay.

Rooms ok satisfactory , but seriously hotel to think over for replacement of ACs and their mattresses which can affect CS. Rest Service Nd food was good .

I haven't been to a worse hotel than this till date. The 24/7 room service or customer support, they are proud about, is a big joke. The hotel does not even have a first aid kit in case of emergencies. We weren't provided with even the basic necessary items like slippers. Half of the toiletries were missing, and the other half were half empty. We asked for water bottles, and were told to pick those bottles ourselves from the reception. Whenever we called reception for anything at night, we just received one answer that "abhi kuch nhi hai....kal milega". Such a pathetic experience at a hotel located at a prime location is quite shocking.

Great location. Special thanks to Aman Chawla for sending me my lost item via courier so promptly. The hospitality was really nice. Would stay here again :)
