Sadly there's no option to give negative star rating, as that's what this agency deserves. My family consisting of different age group members went on their Kashmir tour, which was the worst decision. As I myself am from travel background, I can say that I've never ever come across such ill-managed travel agent. Most of the places mentioned in itinerary were not covered, imagine going to Kashmir and not staying in or even visiting houseboat, didn't go in gondola, no shankaracharya temple visit and no good clean snow with activities .but that's what happened in this trip. The driver cum so called tour guide Yakoob, was more of a Don. He used to be mostly on phone while driving, once he hit a school girl also and yet he didn't even bother to check whether she was ok. Don't ever book with this agency and waste your time and money behind them. I really wonder how can anyone give good ratings to such pathetic agency, but then I got to know about concept called paid reviews.
Recently my family visited Kashmir through Incredible India Journeys. They had the worst experience. 0 ratings in hospitality and worst tour management. Although the package has n number of things mentioned in itinerary, only a few were covered rather they were forced to cover by my family. This is the standard practice. Also, the company demands entire amount in advance else they won't provide you service. My family was locked in the hotel room for non payment which we never denied to pay or faulted to pay. This incident was shocking for all of us to hear. The guide was pathetic, he was a rash driver and used mobile phone continuously while driving. There was no carrier to the car due to which my family had to travel with limited belongings for two entire days. Terrible experience. Won't recommend Incredible India Journeys to anyone at all.

It was one of the most reliable and responsive companies, especially brother Deepanshu Chauhan He gave us the best prices and was in touch with me 24 hours a day Thank you very much I especially mention the hospitable and courteous manager because he provided us with a guide without any increase in price I advise anyone who is thinking of going to India to deal with the company Khadha for its honesty and honesty
I would not recommend Incredible India Journeys to anyone. They request a deposit and claim to use the money for bookings but do not actually make any bookings with the hotels. After paying the deposit, they ignore messages and do not respond to any subsequent communication.
