Happy and proud to be a member of Kia family... When I started searching for a new car, seltos was just one of my few options and that's when I contacted Incheon KIA and met Mr. Jeeson.. He and his team met me immediately with test-drive carvof my choice and explained and showed all the features on road including ADAS.. they were very informative and convinced me into seltos... Even though there was a waiting period for top trims, they worked really hard to get the car in my opted colour as soon as possible. Even the loan processing were so easy and delivered that car way ahead of time... Another highlight is their hospitality when we go with family for delivery. I could call them anytime of the day with my doubts and they would clear it without any hesitation.. After sales were also the best. Finished my 1st service and the pick and drop were perfect... service details were well explained by Service Advisor Mr Gopakumar... No wonder Incheon is at the top as they have good cars, best sales and after sales services from my past experiences...

Bought a new Sonet htk+ by exchange. The Sales Executive Suphin made me think of no other options than KIA Sonet. I am very much satisfied with the new KIA Sonet. This is my fifth car. All the four cars were from Maruri Suzuki. This time I thought for a company changing. I had searched for a car below 20 lakhs. Finally I decided to take KIA. I had a call back from Incheon Kia, Marathakara, Thrissur. One Mr Loyal Paul was from other side. I got my Carens' first service at Incheon Kia Thrissur today. The Service Advisor Mr. Sanvin Sunny took in my car for the service without any delay and explained to me in detail all the planned service for my car. All my queries and doubts were explained to me cordially by Mr. Sanvin. I was getting regular updates on the status of the service through the Incheon Kia staff as well. Since the first service consisted of general checkup up and washing, I decided to wait at the very luxurious Owner's lounge for the duration of the service. I was served with coffee and a surprise birthday celebration was organised by the Incheon Kia staff as my birthday was coming up in another week. Thanks to Incheon Kia and Mr. Sanvin in particular for the wonderful service experience at Incheon that I have never felt before in any other service centers. Felt very proud to be a part of the Incheon Family.
