DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THEM UNLESS THEH SHOW YOU ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.
Do not trust these people because they do not show you the original document (they say documents are in account department) and also delay in change of ownership transfer. There is a suspicion about why they aren't transparent with documents and why they are withholding documents without sending to rto for ownership transfer even after sale is closed and car is delivered with 100% payment done.
I got my car delivered on 4th of July, They did not show me any of the original documents throughout the sale process even after purchase or at the time of delivery they did not show me original documents. ( I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TILL DATE)
I waited for 2 days for ownership transfer initiative, but they did not initiate it (they kept telling lies that they have sent it to RTO) unless I had to call and escalate my case. Later, they did online payment for ownership transfer immediately after escalation. today is 11th of July evening 6pm, untill now documents are not in warded to my nearest RTO.
Very poor service from their backend accounts team.
