Disastrous experience. Went there with kid as it was AC restaurant but Wait time for food is around 45 mins. Some food was good so didn't rate it 1 star. Butter nan was indeed Latex butter nan. Chewing gum. Chicken lolipop was good. I have visited on 15th April 2023. This restaurant seems to be a covid victim and recently reopened so all earlier reviews and ratings are not valid anymore.
Visiting the place probably after 5 year Disappointing experience, no staff. We had to call the owner to send someone to the dining area. After placing the order took almost an hour. The vegetarian food was good. The non vegetarian food tried by my friends were disappointing. Chewy Uncooked Chicken and The Chicken Butter Masala was bad. Bad experience. Staff didn't take interest to do anything other than arranging fresh fruit juice from some other place which again took 30 mins + . I usually don't write negative and bad reviews. But this had to be mentioned so the management takes up some interest to run the place. Probably pandemic has effected every business but it's the best chance to get back by giving best customer service and food.
Good place to be with your friends or family. Be with your friends is best . Food is ok and veriety of drinks to be choosen. Nice ambience and cool place. Absolutely good people. Gives home delivery on extra charge. It was better earlier and now it's quality is deteriorating day by day due to poor maintenance. Wish them to be as good as as past.

Badly in need of maintenance. Seats are old and uncomfortable. Toilet was stinking and we had to ask some staff to deodorise it before we could use. Outside name was not illuminated at night and it was easy to miss. Only reason we were there was we were invited to a party there.
