Inchara Home Stay - Home Stay in Shimoga, Hemmakki - Shivamogga, India

My family stayed here for 2 days around 15 people and everyone were very happy with the service, hospitality and food. Clean rooms and very good food. The service especially was incredible. Owner also had great hospitality . Will definitely book again.

This place is 10-15 min from Sakrebailu elephant camp .. The place is calm peaceful, and simple you can enjoy the home made food and just relax amidst the plantation Run by two old couples it's a very good home stay and would recommend to stay 2-3 nights. You have a play area for kids, can play indoor games and outdoor as well . If you're lucky you can spot the Red tailed Squirrel and peacocks..

We had stayed here for a night, owner was a kind and friendly person, we felt at home, it was a nice place to spend time in nature away from city, food was tasty and room was clean. overall it was worth stay

I happened to stay here last week. I would say I enjoyed the 2 days of stay. I went on a personal vacation with my family and the hosts were very good and friendly. It was raining heavily but they did their bit in ensuring we were comfortable. The location is beautiful and the rooms were spread across. The biggest positive of this place is the food. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious, fresh food. This is an experience we would remember for a long time to come. Thanks to the host and their help who are great cooks I just wish they had spent time improving the rooms and also add some more activities to make the place a bit more interesting. I would still not take away anything from this place. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!

The homestay is in a beautiful farm maintained by a very nice couple. The place was very scenic and peaceful.. Various areas are constructed for relaxing which gives u a variety of experience.. the rooms are spacious and cleanly maintained.. the staff was very polite. Hospitality was great.. Felt like we were at home (quite depends on how you behave with the owners and staff).. overall great experience

I'm in love with this stay. They have an amazing place. They have done up the place so well with small antiques here and there brings in so much charm to the place. There is connectivity. There is a nice place to sit and relax. We played cards and had a fun time. We spoke to the home owners. They ensured we had a good stay and made sure we were comfortable. Everything was cleaned to the speck with no dust anywhere. It was hot, but they had air coolers and pedestal fans. The food is served very nicely. Home cooked food is served generously and ensure you are full. It is in between an areca nut farm. One can walk around in the farm which is about 15 acres well maintained place.

Nice home stay. Owners are very nice and friendly. Staff and cook are also very friendly. Nice nature around. We were vegetarian .food we felt was ok .can be improved a bit with varieties and adding more spices.Cottages are decent. otherwise it was a great stay and worth the money.

Best homestay for pleasant and calm natural ambience. Best kitchen variety of food being cooked . Best place to spend time on weekend as you get to play alot of games like TT, volleyball, badminton, play area for kids, lots of space to assemble for group of 30 atleast. Humble owner of homestay Ramesh Sir is amazing .
