I have been with Manisha ma'am for years now. She herself is very dedicated and keeps you motivated. She makes sure everyone gets individual attention and works as per individual needs, not just a common class to fit for all.
I have been practising under her guidance since last 2 months . Trust me when I say she is amazing as she won't let you feel like regular yoga class . Her sessions are more interactive and fun. She takes care of each and every students and personally design sessions as per your health .
