I recently joined the gym. I was really looking forward to work out under guidance. I must say I really like the way the Trainer trains us daily. 6 days of working out and 1 day relief really helps the body. They also provide us with customized diet chart. All over, I really like the Gym and best part is everyone here is ladies.

Its a different world altogether where you forget your stress and work to your goals actively. Not only an advantage for your body but also your mind. The place is purely a ladies gym. The owner as well as the trainer are women. Your sincerity and dedication towards what the instructor says and the diet by the nutritionist can turn u into a beautiful Diva. The diet provided is also not too hard to follow. Very simple and easy More it's a very good place to refresh your mind. One can come here and her and overcome idealness.
