Allmost every of my family member was a part of this gym We recommend this place to every one we met But there are certain things which uh dont expect from people when they reach to a certain point . Disappointed and also no one will guide uh here and every now and then there is holiday for the aerobics class which they will consider as a coincidence .

Best for cardio not for body building, I workout 1 day only and wasted my 2000. And they didn't return my payment. Owner told me we will provide you trainer. But training level is 0

Just reading reviews will not help. Visit Inshape if u are really serious about losing weight. Trainers here are best .Ambience is pleasing. Right atmosphere to do workout

Value for money, sophisticated machines and nice crowd. It's a great economical gym, training depends upon your determination but all the equipments are available!
