We have visited Pelling, Rabangla and Namchi in Sikkim. The car and the driver was excellent. The hotel at Pelling and Namchi was excellent, but little bit disappointed at Rabangla. Overall the experience with ITS was excellent.
Our Darjeeling visit was excellent with ITS services. They provided a well balanced sight seeing plan that helped us enjoy and experieince the beauty of Darjeeling. Kids felt relaxed and exited at the same time visiting various places such as zoo and temples. Drivers were very courteous and informative at the same time. The tour organizer was always on top and in constant touch to ensure our satisfaction. Definitely recommend their services.
The total arrangement of our Nepal tour was outstanding. The location of the hotels, food, staffs were excellent. The tour operators had maintained transperancy in every matter and served continuous assistance for every situation. We will try to arrange our next tour with them.
