DO NOT BOOK for any function OR party as they will switch off there AC as you were there also. Booked for party function on plate system as result on plate system also food shortage is there nor the less I will rate service for zero rating, and cooked second time worst food,

The staffs are rude . Service is worst. Very unprofessional behaviour and worst kind of mentality. Till the time have not made payment they behave politely.Once you made the payment they leave you in ur own if u need some help they won't help . Their response to our help is the worst. Do not come here if u looking for rooms or booking for some marriage purpose.

The worst kind of banquet ever .. Staffs are so freakishly rude .Nonsense behaviour.They do not know how to talk and behave with their customers . Very unprofessional and a low mentality staffs. I would never recommend anyone to book rooms or anything in this Freaky banquet.

We had a wedding here and the experience was not good, we had booked banquet and lawn with 10 rooms since morning, they kept denying water to guests before 6pm, snacks were running out of stock and guests were waiting for 20-25 mins, waiters and staff were asking for tip for small things like switching on lights. Their staff stole a mobile phone from our room and the management didn't co-operate to provide CCTV footage, we had to wait for 3-4 hours, then they shared footage and got phone back, guest had to go travel without phone, they don't have enough parking space, AC in rooms don't work so overall not a good place.
