Had very worst experience. So poor management and customer service. If they are not prepared to operate after 10pm then they should close the restaurant. We ordered chilli chicken and it was in horrible taste (attached image). When we asked to change it, the server said they have tasted it and its in good taste and they cannot replace it. So they asked us to eat the remaining gravy which they tasted. So we told them we cant eat it and to cancel it. He said he cant cancel it now. We had to pay for the food which we did not eat. While paying the bill, we saw other table people were also not happy with their service and those people doesn't even care about it. This restaurant cannot operate for too long with these poor management. Very worst experience. Dont choose this restaurant.

This review is for the food I ordered via Zomato. I think everyone should write a review here,for the food you order from the restaurant. I ordered tandoori chicken masala.The gravy was tasteless and full of artificial colour. My tongue and hand turned orange colour. BAD FOOD. There is no point in rating the food in Zomato or swiggy app. This the best way to express about the food quality that you order via app. People should know. Today is 22/06/23. I placed an order via swiggy for pepper chicken wings. The chicken was having fishy taste. I think the chicken is expired and not fresh at all. I will add the photo. I am thinking about raising a complaint at fssai portal against this restaurant.

I've had a lot of bad food in BLR. But this tops the list. Ordered chilli chicken, Schezwan fried rice and gobi Manchurian. I'm struggling to find the proper words to describe what pathetic food it was. Chilli chicken? Boiled chicken pieces covered in some random sauce and served with curry leaves and chilli? Is this what chilli chicken means? How stupid can the cook be to mess up a simple dish such as chilli chicken. Schezwan fried rice - made with small grain rice. All mushy and soggy. And again curry leaves. Gobi Manchurian - completely tasteless and soggy. I would have given -5 stars if possible

One of the worst restaurants in the area. Lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Served the uncooked noodles, upon asking they agreed and changed the dish, that was tasting bad equally. Waiters were good. But there is a person who takes order(with coat suite) is showing rude attitude when questioned on the quantity and quality. Had no sense to apologize even. They charge the food at 5 star hotel price (256+taxes) for a tasteless small quantity food added with bad ambience(no air circulation,no AC). Roadside food tastes better. Have at your own risk. Will never come back to this restaurant again.

Be careful!!! Food might be tasty but they are using colors. I had today chicken main course and while having I didn't realize they are using colors but after food I washed my hand with liquid and also with lemon but still my hand is red..just for the look restaurant serve poison to eat. I also complained to the manager and paid my bill.. added the photo below as well.

butter chicken was good , had briyani- avg taste but had mojito which was bad.

The worst hotel to experience ever in my life.. the road side food is better than this.. we asked for biryani and they provided 1 day back biryani prepared.. we asked for replacement still they made it hot and gave the same

The staff treat the customers with Extreme care. They were polite with good etiquettes.The Hyderabadi biriyani was so delicious. Mutton kurma was green in colour, the didn't meet expectations
