I don't like this restaurant at all. The service is extremely bad here. Last time I went, we ordered 3 Paratha they brought 5 and when we told them to take those 2 back but they refused and we had to pay for those 2 as well. And today when we finished ordering I was checking the menu they just grabbed it from my hand. What is this behaviour dude??? We ordered watermelon juice and shawarma there. Disappointed with that as well. The watermelon they used for juice was bad. And so overpriced too. Shawarma was okish.

It is a one of the few branches of almost 70 yrs old Imperial Restaurant. Ambiance is good and place is neat, clean & hygienic. You get option to have your meal on with either banana leaf or normal plate. We tried Paneer Chilli, Chicken Kebab, Mix Veg, Butter Chicken, & Pulao. Overall food quality was good.

We've tried chicken biryani and grill chicken here. Grill chicken is cold(when we informed about the food , he has taken for the re heat and brought the same food), meat is also not fresh & taste is also bad. Chicken biryani is also not good. We had worst experience here.
I went this restaurant during my holiday trip to mysore ...I stayed in 3 star hotel and had dined out from their restaurant too. But , when i compared ,I could find "imperial" rate is bit high...And quality and quantity less than 3 Star hotel restaurant...It doesn't mean but , very poor ...Average only ...one thing dissappointed me very well is food colours ...each and every dish they served was full of food colours...
Unprofessional and rude attitude by staff. Chicken ordered was undercooked, and when we complained they told us to adjust. Other food ordered were just average and very oily. Very bad experience.
