Along with Dr.Milind being like a Godly person who reassures you and makes you so comfortable with his kindness, i must specially mention all the staff members at Imperial hospital for their warm smiles and natures unlike most other hospitals where your having a tough time dealing with your health issues and then to make matters worse deal with the tantrums of nurses. Imperial hospital is the best in all ways! I wish them all the best!

My name is Peter Fernandes originally from Goa but settled in UK with my family. Recently I felt very sick abroad was admitted in the hospital for liver infection. Not knowing what was going on with me . As I was not diagnosed what the condition was . I was told ,I need to take rest for a year and be on diet . This left me very worried as I was unable to work I contacted my friend back in goa asking him if he knew any Dr who could help me recover soon . He told me to come home . That's where I first contacted Dr. Milind Desai . Who read my discharge reports and told me he could sort it out as he studied and worked in the Uk and is very familiar with how the system works in the Uk . Feeling so relieved I booked my flight immediately and informed him am coming to see him for a week. As soon as I landed to goa I went to meet him he was so helpful ,took me in ,did all the tests required and got me admitted in his hospital named ( Imperial hospital)on the very same day . He was so confident and explained me the treatment so well and told me I would be fine in only two days . I had no words to thank him enough and I felt so good taking his treatment . His hospital staff was very friendly and made me so comfortable just felt like a holiday time being there . Am out and about on a week diet plan with the dietician referred to me by him . The expense was just so reasonable felt like I was in a dream .Would definitely recommend him and his services offered as I can assure you that you are in the best and safest place . Thanks to Dr . Milind Desai and all his staff for the overall experience I had may god bless you all for the great job you all do .

Worst hospital I ever seen i request public not to go to this hospital,in case of emergency anyone visits this hospital will face problems,i had been there there is no duty doctor,in case of emergency i am thinking what they will do.

Extremely unhygienic place. My mother was admitted with chronic Bronchitis and the bedsheets were not changed for 3 days! When we refused to to pay the full amount for the rooms due to the unhealthy situation for the patient, they were extremely rude and arrogant; despite us mentioning this every single day. They told us that the clean sheets hadn't come from the laundry and until we were there, they didn't come. 0 management. Majority staff were untrained and inexperienced. Only 1 nurse was worth it - Bindya. The only reason we felt it was worth still being there was her. Total waste of money. No quick action. Very laid back attitude. This hospital seems like a money making racket. Nothing else!!!!

I feel this is one of the best hospital in goa. I have been visiting this hospital & clinic in fatorda since one year. The doctor, nurses and facilities in this hospital are very good, the nurses take good care of their patients, and I would specially like to thank, Ms.Namita and Ms.Rukhsar for taking good care of me while I was admitted in the ICU. Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr.Milind Desai were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr.Milind Desai really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's promptness has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.
