This building dates way back to the 1930's, one of the heritage buildings of Dadar, right at the Tram Terminus, which is now the well known Dadar TT circle. The building consists of several shopping units, HDFC Bank and restaurants. It's a beautiful place.
Please, this is only a building with a number of shops and a Bank at the ground level, some nursing homes, a lodging and boarding and some residences on the three upper floors. This and three other similar buildings border Khodadad circle at Dadar TT. The buildings are more than century old and can be considered as heritage buildings. So this is not a Mahal or a palace.
