Best hotel in tricity with world class infra & facilities..specially Mr. Ravi thakur General manager and his staff is very decent & cooperative All luxury living experience.. highly recommend for every one ..must visit.
Bad experience..worst hotel I visited so far..
I never had such bad experience with any other hotel. The hotel premesis smelled like paan masala. There was no hot water as they said its summer. My mother had to get bucket of hot water. Bedsheets, towels and pillows were very dirty. Commode was broken and the bath tub was very dirty. Only thing that was good was the aloo ka prantha that we had in the breakfast. Only advantage this place has is that it is very near to Max hospital.
Pathetic . 1 star is a lot for this place . Unhygienic, gross , bedsheet had blood stains and hair on it .. when asked to change they said they won't . Both rooms were disgusting , we left Immediately. Dripping walls , loo stains . Yuk ! I would rather sleep on the road than this place
Please work on renovation now. Exhaust fan not working. Geyser not working. Mattresses so old and not comfortable at all. Room locks not working. I am giving 1 star only for location Else nothing was good about the stay
Booked for someone else for a night. Its a decent hotel with fine pricing. The staff is cooperative. The only thing that bothered me was that they didn't mentioned the complimentary stay of driver in the hotel. Due to lack of communication, the driver slept in the car itself. The guests were disappointed due to this anomaly

Hot water does not work. Dirty bed covers which were changed on request. Only greasy food. Friendly and helpful staff. Well located. Pharmacy department store etc close by.
