Imperial Bakers - Bakery and Cake Shop in Punalur - Kollam, India

Tried this bakers after reading the positivie reviews and it didnt disappoint us. All items were tasty and fresh. Good customer service and reasonable price. Their shawarma is yummy. Parking is difficult infront of the bakers as its main road. You may need to park your vehicle nearby. I believe this is a very old bakery and they still maintain the quality. Worth the price and it will be a good option for short bites..

Imperial old cham is far gone...from their quality products. Now they are just making money with their name..... hope they will rethink....

Good bakery. Its imperial right. Well known bakery in Punalur since long time. Good collection okae bakery itmes are there. Staff response is sometimes very lagging. But its ok. Goid services. Parking space is little bit difficult for cars. Bikes its ok.

I am a regular customer of imperial bakery. I visit atleast once in a week but unfortunately today i feel very sad to make payment via paytm or card. Imperial bakery accountant tell me we accept only card above 100rs purchase or more. In india can develop with cashless transactions but why these type of inconveniense terms will strictly impose it.

Nice bakery near hanging bridge of punalur

No doubt on the taste they delivering since decades. But thought to share this feedback as it may be useful for customers who are opting Home Delivery. Managers or who is taking home delivery orders were arguing by stating that delivery location is far ( Infact my location is 1.6km far from shop and delivered two weeks ago with Rs40 as delivery charge) and demanded today for Rs50. When I started questioning about the location distance he pretended that he is not familiar with Punalur and it's locality. Another thing is that the delivery amount is mentioned on the bills with pen. These kinds of unprofessional behaviour may spoil their legacy and reputation. Hope Mr. Anil will look into these.

The shop is on the right side of Kottarakara route from Punalur near the petrol pump. The shop has every bakery items, drinks and snacks with good quality and at reasonable rates. It's fully AC and is now undergoing renovation for expanding to a restaurant in the first floor.

Mostly me and my friends prefer Imperial bakers.Our favorite food item is Sharja juice and all varieties of cake. Cakes are awesome, mouth watering one... Good customer dealings..
