Awful experience....They are not providing bill for rtpcr test...once you paid the money, they dont even care whether your sample is collected or not...you have to run behind them for sample collection....and then for report, omg you can die but these people will never respond...they promised to send the report on whatsapp by evening....the report doesnt arrive and when you call them, they keep on saying 2 more hours and put you on waiting till late night and stop responding... Finally you have to go them and collect your report....never going there again
Samples collected on day one for RT PCR. They promised us that will give results with in 24hours. After many many calls and followup, they took 3days. Once payment done they do not respond. Even they stop answering calls. WORSE SERVICE
