Immanuel and his wife were wonderful hosts. The room is very nice and clean and really close to main area of fortkochi. I had read the comments about mosquitos but at least during my visit there were none. We had a mosquito killer installed in our room. Great value for money

It's a worst hospitality we have received from drunken owner, he made a commitment to give a room. Once we reach he made stands us in outside and make us to wait around 1hour, after that he said no rooms available. Please don't visit this place after seeing the fake reviews given from them.

Immanuel Homestay the person is very genuine and helpful. He really guided us when we reached Kochi and advised us to take local transport which would be convenient and cheap. The room isn't a luxury one but as long as you need a rest to freshen up it's good specially for bachelors. Family can stay as long as you won't spend the entire day in the room. It's located in a proper residential area.

We loved staying here with this lovely family who were so warm and helpful. The location is great and is quiet and peaceful, away from traffic but close to all attractions of Fort Kochin. I will recommend to friends and family

I was travelling solo, and the homestay is well maintained and budget friendly. It is in a fairly great locality, with major places of attractions within 1-1.5 miles, including Biennale venues.

Budget friendly rooms ...well cleaned...service is very excellent ...safe for family ,friends couples...fort kochi in walkable distance .....immanuel and his family is very caring
