One of the important hospital in Tirur. Major departments like gynaecology, orthopaedic, paediatric, emergency are here. Lack of specialist doctors is a down side. Nursing department also need improvements. Neat and clean and have good restaurant too.

Neat and clean hospital with good treatment

Ow such a great hospital, very cool design and infrasyis awesome.. I visted last day in a car with my family to visit my sister son who was admited at pediatric ward.. I parked the car there is a huge parking ground... I visited the General ward for children ooh it's more than a private single room...very clean rooms with all facilities for patients... greatly designed like knowing all needs of patiens...you have nice shelfs flushed in the bystander bed...there is chargers port, oxygen..everything you need in a very nice manner it was designed I went to washroom...it was European style very clean and extra large wash room you can take a shower too...awesome..there is a good wash basin..it seems to be cleaned in certain intervals.. I spoke with the staffs inside...super cool..they have taken one of my suggestion into their log book and they said they are taking action to improve their services.. there was lift to use for everyone I didn't find any sign board says "only for patients" Anyway I will rate 4.9 out of 5

I don't want to talk about the hospital. It's a breakthrough in the cooperative setup, central a/c, ethical treatment, hygienic environment and dedication staff I want to talk about this KIDS ZONE. What an innovative idea to attract the patient and also keep the community participants in a healthy relationship In a small area it houses a small bird cage, play area, seating facilities and an elephant A must visit place

I was extremely impressed with her compassion, breadth and depth of expertise, and procedural skills. She made my entire experience in her office easy, and the staffs, entire team were 100% professional, caring, and efficient. I would recommend IMCH Gynecology Department to all of my family and friends.

Thankful to have a multi specialty hospital in close proximity feom my home. But need to improve on customer service. Staffs` are friendly but waiting time management and token systems are not really in place. Though token is given out, many other patients are squeezed in before our turns are called in. They work on emotions rather than being just and fair. I was with my mom who is in her late fifties and had knee issues. Though we appear fine and being patient, doesn't mean we have all timw in the world, and should not be taken as granted. Had a similar experience in x-ray room too. Three others were served while my mom was still in the room. Request to improve the services. Tons of car parking.
