Rude and careless nursing staff. Extremely rude hospital owner who was shouting at the staff unnecessarily to show off infront of the patients and bystanders. The doctor was really helpful and explained everything in detail but the nursing staff is hopeless. Also the canteen staffs were quarreling each other. Overall a messy place but the only advantage is it's accessible.
Very bad experience. Long waiting hours. Staff are not up to the mark. No facilities. Plz don't go for emergency medical care. Few of the doctors are good.
Beware of Dr. Raju: Overprescribing Medications and Inexperienced Staff My experience with Dr. Raju, the psychiatrist, was nothing short of a nightmare. I cannot stress enough how unsatisfied and appalled I am by his practices and the overall quality of care at his hospital. From prescribing excessively high dosages of medications to having inexperienced psychologists, it is clear that Dr. Raju's primary concern is profit rather than the well-being of his patients. First and foremost, Dr. Raju has a disturbing tendency to prescribe unnecessarily high dosages of medications. In my case, despite having a minor mental health concern, he prescribed potent drugs that caused severe side effects and left me feeling like a zombie. It was evident that he prioritized pharmaceutical solutions over exploring alternative, less invasive treatment options. This reckless overprescribing demonstrates a complete disregard for patient safety and raises serious ethical concerns about his practice. Furthermore, the lack of experienced psychologists at Dr. Raju's hospital is deeply concerning. Proper counseling and therapy are crucial for individuals suffering from mental illness, yet the psychologists employed at the hospital displayed a shocking level of incompetence. Their lack of experience and inadequate understanding of therapeutic techniques resulted in ineffective and superficial sessions. It became clear to me that Dr. Raju values profit over investing in well-trained professionals who could genuinely help patients on their path to recovery. It is disheartening to realize that Dr. Raju's motivations are primarily driven by money. He seems more interested in maximizing his profits than providing compassionate care to those in need. This becomes evident through his rushed consultations, where he spends minimal time with patients, often leaving them feeling unheard and ignored. It is alarming to think that he places financial gain above the well-being and recovery of his patients. In conclusion, I strongly advise against seeking any form of treatment from Dr. Raju. His habit of overprescribing medications, employing inexperienced psychologists, and his money-minded approach to healthcare make him a danger to those seeking genuine help. Mental health issues require sensitive and skilled professionals who prioritize the well-being of their patients, and unfortunately, Dr. Raju falls far short of meeting these standards. Spare yourself the distress and find a psychiatrist who genuinely cares about your mental well-being rather than your wallet.
Nurses are friendly and have sense of responsibility. Hospital is quite expensive, rooms are neat and clean. Hot water facility is available (2500/- per day for AC rooms). Treatment is effective. My father was admitted here for 12 days due to paranoia. After the treatment, he is improved. Still consulting here. Full respect to the nurses here
This is the worst I have experienced in a hospital. The staff, be it nursing or office is the worst possible. Booked an appointment at 3 pm. Consulted the doctor at 6 who suggested admitting the patient who was finally admitted well past 8 pm. The bohemian chief doctor is just money minded. Please don't waste your time and money here.
Over Expensive for consultation. Charging around Rs 300 as consultation fees for 5 days. Need to pay the amount again after 5th day we we need consultation.
The bill here is much higher compared to other hospitals. There is no etiquette for the billing staff. All bill payments must be made in cash.Online Payments and Card Payments facilities are not available here.If you are unable to withdraw money from your ATM and having only 75% Money on hand, they will ask you to submit your debit card there and buy the medicine and pay the balance fee on next day to get the ATM card back.If you ask for Google Pay number or bank account number to make payments, they will not give it.The nurses here have a very rude behavior towards the patients.
We are from the US, and when we were here, we needed some urgent care, so we went to this hospital. The symptoms were effectively cured. I recommend this hospital for the care and services they offer because the doctor and staff are so friendly.
