I am taking the online yoga classes from Archana mam from 9 months of my postpartum and it is going to be 2 years now. She understands each person and helps them to practice yoga on their own pace instead of rushing them out . She gives not only asanas practice , but also breathing and basic stretches and exercises. It is like an complete package and 100% worth for the amount that we are paying. Even though I am not consistent in my yoga classes , I do see change in my body and overall energy has pumped up after taking the yoga classes.
