I had surgery at IMAX hospital and was very happy with the experience covering admission, theatre, recovery and discharge.
As a foreigner from a western country, there may be some slight variation in benchmarking quality and safety, but I felt very confident with the care I received.
Communication from all staff was very good, in particular the medical staff were extremely attentive and patient focused. I had full trust being in their care. The surgeon was very pleasant and again I trusted his judgement and care.
The patient care for pain management and overall comfort following the operation was excellent.
I was discharged today and the take home documents and pack provide an excellent summary of the treatment provided and medication requirements.

The doctors are too kind and supportive. Nurses were took care of me very well. It felt like home. Their way of treatment is very nice. In the two days of treatment, I didn't feel that I was in the hospital. Thank You so much Imax.

never suggest IMAX hospital to anyone had a very bad experience just for a knee infection injury they charged 22000/ day for everything drips which is not required and asked to get admitted for 5 days which is not required when we took a second opinion from another doctor from a reputed hospital.better leave the wound untreated rather going to this IMAX hospital.theyll take all the steps to make your life feel like hell. We admitted my husband for diabetes and slipped disc treatment. He was unable to walk at the time. All the doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists took great care of him and aided his recovery. With continued assistance (doctor visits, physiotherapy) past discharge, he is on his way to a full recovery. The hospital facilities are great (nice regularly cleaned rooms, on site pharmacy, nearby cafe, etc) and that really helped us.
