Iman Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Mogral - Kasaragod, India

Hello people, please don't select this resort. Totally waste of money. Zero hospitalility. It's not at all clean. There is no proper lock system. No entrance gate. I'll give safety a zero zero star. Please don't waste your money by coming here. Not only for family for frnds also there is no safety. By coming and spending money here you can feed poor people. I'll give zero star for this resort.

Pathetic rooms,service was worst,rooms were not proper.Inspite of booking early the rooms weren ready,after reaching they started repairing the door to the room;there was security it wasn safe to be honest.Thrice there was a power cut off n the place felt spooky,not even a generator or any emergency light kept.The walls and doors of the rooms were smelly as they were wet.. But the location was just amazing,but still the shore was not kept clean all waste n bottles were on the shore.Beach was just out there..just for the location giving 4 stars orelse it's a pathetic mess...this place can be such a beautiful spot but...

1 star only for beach time enjoyment. Else stay experience was worst, I ever had. No maintenance, bathroom was too much dirty and had foul smell. No proper locks in the room and bathroom. Swimming pool water was also dirty. Lack of Hindi and English communication in staffs. They only understand local language. No food facility. Bed, blanket, towel everything were maintained very poorly. Cupboards full of cockroaches Don't go as per the pictures shown, think 1000 times before booking. If you are traveling via traveler(13 seater), then the route to this place is not for you. We stayed there for a day and it was full of distress.

this is worth resort ever i went there was no electricity and they were not giving us privacy it was not clean

Had a disappointing experience where the staff treated us very bad, mannerless and rude behaviour of staff to customers,bad maintenance,very bad experience with accountant,don't ever choose for family functions and friends gatherings

One of the worst experiences in our lives. Extremely poor service, the swimming pool is so unhygienic. Even drinking water is not provided. In the night they said that the swimming pool clean and we swam and seeing the same in the morning it could lead to many health problems. We came with high expectations seeing the photos, but got the worst experience. Save yourselves and avoid this resort.

The location is good and so the vibes The owners did have a good plan but didn't maintain and kept under zero maintenance leaving the resort unpleasant and uncomfortable. Not all the ACs, Fans were functional. The voltage fluctuations became usual. The flush didn't work and the drainage seemed blocked. The pool looked v dirty and uncleaned. It was a nightmare as we were about to pay 29k for it and had to leave within 2 hours of chekin Hence one star. Genuine suggestion to the owners: You have indeed had high plans and you did really well but you didn't maintain as maintenance seems zero.
